Bum La Pass
Bum La Pass, at about 15,200 feet in Tawang district,India, is a strategically important border point near the Line of Actual Control (LAC) with China. Located 37kilometers from Tawang town, it can be reached via ascenic drive through rugged terrain. Post breakfast visit Pankang Teng Tso Lake located at 12000ft. It is famously called Madhuri Lake. Later driveto Bumla Pass, and back to Tawang. In the evening visit Tawang War Memorial -commemorating the bravery of the Indian heroes of theIndo-China war of 1962. Witness the light & sound showin the evening. Overnight stay at Tawang.
