Tour Policies

Confirmation Policy :

⇒ The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking

⇒ In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

⇒ Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refund Policy  :

⇒ The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
⇒ All applicable refunds will be done from our office.

Cancellation Policy :

⇒ If cancellation is made before 21 days before the date of travel, then 0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees or as per hotel policy

⇒ If cancellation is made 21 days before the date of travel, then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees or as per hotel policy

⇒ If cancellation is made 0 days to 13 days before the date of travel, then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees or as per hotel policy

Payment Terms Policy ::

⇒ 100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking

⇒ In case said hotel will not be available, the same hotel category of hotel will be booked.

⇒ Rates can be changed without prior notice.

⇒ Per person rates applicable on 2 people staying together sharing the same room.

Cost Does Not Include

⇒ Item of personal nature viz, tips, laundry, room service, telephone, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, room heaters, boat rides, pony / horse rides, safaris, rafting, skiing, skating, cable car / ropeway rides, helicopter rides, additional sightseeing tours excursions not included in the itinerary, still or video camera fees etc.

⇒ Any kind of insurance, Air, Train or Bus fare from / to your originating city of stay, unless specified.

⇒ Lunch and personal expenses like entry ticket any, telephone laundry, or anything which is not mentioned above.

⇒ Any Tax & Government Service tax (5%)

⇒ Any Kind of Personal Expenses or Optional Tours / Extra Meals Ordered

⇒ Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Prices included”. The services of vehicle are not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary

⇒ Additional costs due to flight cancellation, road blocks etc.

⇒ Medical & Travel insurance

Please Note:

⇒ No Cars are allowed to move inside the Gulmarg area, due to the issue of horse owner’s association.

⇒ We are not responsible for any local dealing of clients with Local market vendors or pony wala’s or Local guide in Gulmarg.

⇒ Shikara ride is for a 01 hour ride as per package, if it is included in the package.  Please follow proper itinerary & if there is any miscommunication or you want any change in itinerary or you want any information : Kindly contact the concerned person whom you are dealing with in our office. As, we will not consider any complaint regarding the driver that they gave wrong information or something. So, it is better to call us or mail us and we will give you proper information about places or activities.

⇒ If it is about disposal, the car will be on disposal from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm with 1 place sightseeing a day.  If there is a night stay in Gulmarg then the car will drop the client at Hotel and if there is a day trip the car will drop the client at the parking.  Mineral water is chargeable in houseboats.

⇒ For Sonamarg visit during heavy snowfall vehicles go till Gagangir which is 10km’s. away from sonamarg. If there is night stay in that case we will provide a stay in srinagar and a day visit to Sonamarg. As, maximum of hotels in Sonamarg close their operations after October.

⇒ Kindly Note : Clients / Guests have to make direct payment for the below sightseeing points.

⇒ In Pahalgam : Horse Riding, Chandanwari ,Betaab Valley, Aru Valley and Baisaran Valley.

⇒ In Gulmarg : Horse Riding, Gondola Ride, Zorbing or any other sports activity.

⇒ In Sonamarg : Thajiwas Glacier, Horse Riding & Zero Point.
